In Pakistan a lot of NGOs and organizations are working for the development and well being of individuals. A number of free schools and Hospitals have been established in remote areas in order to provide health and education facilities to poor population living miserable life in villages. These organizations and NGOs do not stand back even at times of natural disaster or any socio-political crisis. You can donate money to these NGOs and organizations, hence helping them to achieve their noble goals for the elimination of poverty and helping people in any sort of crisis. You can also donate your valuable money or services for the betterment of poor in Pakistan

1. The Rangoonwala Community Centre (RCC)

About the Trust
The Rangoonwala Community Centre (RCC) was built in 1971 at a prime location in Karachi.
The Inauguration of the centre was performed by Executive Trustee, Mrs. Banu Rangoonwala on the 15th of November, 1971. The Community Centre provides a variety of facilities under one roof.

2.ALKHIDMAT FOUNDATION PAKISTAN

The “Al-Khidmat Foundation” took its present name and form in 1992 and was registered as an NGO under the Societies ACT XXI of 1860 with the Government of Pakistan. By adding up our services at home and abroad without any fear of contradiction, we can claim to be the biggest network of humanitarian services in Pakistan.

3.HOPE

What is HOPE?

(Health Oriented Preventive Education) is an NGO providing services of health and education for the poor and needy in Pakistan. The major activities of HOPE includes provision of health care through hospitals and maternal and child health centers. In addition education for children is provided through formal and informal schools. Vocational centers provide computers and vocational training for youth.

What we have achieved:

  • Three charitable Hospitals 20 bedded each, fully equipped O.T, labor room, NICU, 75,,000 patients annually
  • 200 informal home schools 9000 children Karachi, interior Sindh and Muzaffarabad
  • Support a Marriage.
  • Two charitable Hospitals 20 bedded each, fully equipped O.T, labor room, NICU, 50,000 patients annually.
  • Two formal schools up to metric 1000 students Karachi and Thatta.
  • 195 informal home schools 9000 children Karachi, interior Sindh and Muzaffarabad.
  • 5 vocational center, computers, sewing/cutting Karachi, Thatta and Muzaffarabad.
  • Nutrition support programme, Supplementary Feeding Centers (SFP) and Community Based Therapeutic Centers (CTC), 78,000 women and children in dadu.
  • 52 health facilities monitored in earthquake affected areas of AJK.
  • Crisis centre for violence against women.

4.HANDS (Health and Nutrition Development Society)

To provide basic health services, primary education, income generation opportunities and development of institutions to empower the underprivileged communities.
